I’m not sure which size is best for me?
If you are unsure about sizing please refer to our size chart which you can access
via this link (Size Guide). All our sizes are what you would be normally however,
our tracksuits are designed to be worn loosely and can be slightly bigger, if loose is not the look you are after then we would suggest going down a size.
SHIPPING
How much will shipping cost and how will it take?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping and all orders over
$100 are subject to free shipping. Our shipping policy can be found here.
Oyna Clothing also offers worldwide shipping. Rates are calculated at check out.
Will I be able to track my delivery?
A tracking link will be provided to you once the item has been shipped.
RETURNS
What if I don’t like my order or it doesn’t fit properly?
If, within 7 days of receiving your order, you decide that your order is not suitable for any reason or if the size isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your purchase for an online credit (excluding shipping). Simply contact us on info@oynaclothing.com and we will be happy to assist you with your return.
Oyna Clothing does not offer refunds on change of mind orders, exchanges on sale items (unless faulty). If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item to Oyna
Clothing in accordance with our returns policy and place a new
order. The returned item must be unworn and unused with all tags still attached. Its packaging will also need to be in original condition.

Can I return a Sale item?
All purchases on sale items are final and not subject to exchange or credit unless
faulty.
